List of important Dates and Timeline for Exhibitors and Vendors:

  • Before the Show

  • Early October - Exhibitor and Vendor Packets mailed and or/ emailed
  • November 15th - Vendor Application and Deposit Due
  • January 15th - Deadline for Exhibitor Application
  • January 15th - Full Payment Due for Vendor Booth
  • February 1 - Show Program Ad: Space Reservation Deadline
  • February 15 - Show Program Ad: Copy Due
  • February 17 - Artwork Request to Exhibit Form (REF) Deadline

  • Show Week

All vendor booths must be open for business from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM daily.

No vendor booth may be closed before Sunday, March 18 at 5:00 PM.
