Exhibitor Guide
The go-to guide for dates and times, rules, prizes, and more. The Exhibitor Guide contains information for all exhibitors: Plant, Display, Floral and Art. A printed copy will be supplied to registered exhibitors the week of the Show.

Exhibitor Application
For exhibitors of orchid plants, this file is a must read and fill out. Please return your application by January 15, 2012. Earlier registration may get you the spot you want in the Exhibit Hall.
Plant Registration Form for Judging
For best results, plants can be registered for judging using the online form, until 7:00 pm Tuesday, March 13, 2012. On-site registration will be available Wednesday, March 14, 2012 until 7:00 pm. Registration should follow guidelines in the Exhibitor’ s Guide, available online, and should use historical names for genus and species.
Art & Photography
A juried show of local artist's original works that have orchids as the main subject matter. RFE deadline February 15th, 2012. See Art & Photography page for more info
Floral Arrangements & Corsages
Non-professionals may enter floral arrangements and corsages in the show. Entries are judged according to the principles of the Western School of Flower Arrangers. Intent to enter must be declared by Feburary 25, 2012. Arrangers provide accessories at their own risk; orchids are provided by the Show during installation on March 14, 2012.
